Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: Name of Notary, the words "Notary Public," "State of Indiana," and "Seal." OPTIONS: The seal may also include the Notary’s commission name, expiration date, and the Notary’s county of residence.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
Embosser: The impression must be blackened so that it may be photocopied. (See Accessories)
