Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: Name of Notary, the words “Notarial Seal,” “Iowa”,“Commission Number” (with commission number), and “My Commission Expires” (with expiration date or a blank line to write in the date).
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
