Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
If a Notary Public is going to use a seal of office, the following elements are required: the Notary’s name and the title of Notary Public, (Ex: “Notary Public—State at Large,” or “Notary Public—Special Commission.”) NOTE: The notary commission number and expiration date are optional.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
