Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: The Notary’s commission name, the identification number of the Notary, and the words “Notary Public,” “State of Mississippi,” “Commission Expires: ___,” and “County: ___.” The seal or stamp should be round with a border.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
